The Quiet Ones podcast is all about INFJs! It’s hosted by me, Sarah Kuhn, the INFJ Woman. INFJ women feel like a stranger in a strange land—both as an INFJ and as a woman.

Being an INFJ has its own unique set of strengths and struggles. Being a female INFJ has even more unique differences, especially when they are compared to many other female types.

The term INFJ comes from the Myers Briggs Type Indicator personality tests. It is based on their theory that everyone in the world falls into one of personality types. I think most INFJ women have a good sense for shoes.

INFJs tend to dress somewhat artsy. They love a variety of colors. The way they dress represents their eclectic taste in style, and it also shows their inner confidence.

However, as an INFJ woman , I can relate to some of the feelings and experiences shared by NT women , primarily the feeling of not quite fitting in with other women and not feeling completely in touch with my femininity.

Although INFJ women are feelers, we’re also one of the least common personality types in women –third after INTJs and INTPs. This personality is idealistic , serene, firm in its values, highly sensitive, but sure of itself and always oriented towards improving the lives of others.

For the INFJ , romance is cultivated on a daily basis through open communication and authentic action. What is done on special occasions is merely icing on the cake. Take away the cake, however, and the icing is meaningless. Another common misunderstanding is that the INFJ is controlling or closed-minded. We are also in different stages of our lives.

But in general, there are a few things that both the INFJ men and women would want in their relationships: Deep Connection. INFJs look for deep and meaningful relationships. I imagine that most people fall somewhere in the middle with an interest in one and a mild indifference for the other.

For the INFJ types out there, here are interpretations of different versions of the INFJ personality based on the zodiac star signs. INFJ (introverte intuitive, feeling, and judging) is one of the personality types identified by the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Sometimes referred to as the Advocate or the Idealist, people with INFJ personalities are creative, gentle, and caring. INFJs are usually reserved but highly sensitive to how others feel. We may not directly accuse you of lying or covering up your true motive, but we always wish you would tell us the truth about how you feel.

Your INFJ thinks the world of you, and I am willing to bet there is little you could do that would make them look at you any differently. So, if you love an INFJ , be honest with them. The INFJ individual is gifted in ways that other types are not.

Life is not necessarily easy for the INFJ , but they are capable of great depth of feeling and personal achievement.
